No experience needed, no pressure to perform—just a cozy virtual studio where you can show up as you are. We embrace process over product.

This drop-in support group is designed to offer practical regulation tools, moments of joy, and community connection you can take with you long after the meetings end.

We are offering this group at a sliding-scale fee. The suggested rate is $30 per meeting, with options of $12, $20, or $30—choose what fits your current capacity.
